Falcon View Estates is nestled between a regional wilderness park and a national forest. This area has very low density development that will not increase. Falcon View Estates has one residential unit per two acres. While no additional projects have been approved in the immediate area, projects that are in planning are at about one residential unit per four acres.
The air quality results depicted here are from a two-year study by the South Coast Air Quality Management District as reported in The Orange County Register on January 5, 2008. These results show the estimated risk of cancer per million throughout the Los Angeles basin. The location of Falcon View Estates was added to this map, and it can be seen that we are in the best air quality area.
